Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Guarantee of a legitimate and safe processing of Your personal data

We processes Your personal data always fairly and lawfully. This includes the following guarantees:

Right on limitation of/objection to the processing of Your personal data

You have the right to obtain a limitation to the processing of Your personal data:

  • When We no longer need the personal data for the processing purposes and You need the personal data for a legal proceeding;
  • During the period that We need to assess the presence of the basis for the erasing of the personal data.

You have the right at all times to object to the processing of Your personal data. We then cease the processing of Your personal data, unless we have compelling justified grounds for the processing of Your personal data that can outweigh Your right to object.

Right to data transferability

You have the right to receive the personal data provided to Us in a structured, common and machine-readable form. In addition, You have the right to transfer this personal data to another controller when the processing of personal data solely rests on the permission obtained from You.

Right on the withdrawal of my consent/right to complaint

You have the right at all times to withdraw Your consent. The withdrawal of Your consent leaves the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of consent before the repeal of it without prejudice. In addition, You have the right to file a complaint concerning the processing of Your personal data by Us with the Belgian Commission for the Protection of Privacy.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new Policy taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
